Paul S. Myers, Ph.D. has extensive knowledge of compliance best practices, including risk assessment, investigations, and the seven elements of an effective compliance program. He is an expert in organizational behavior with project management experience. He has managed teams in the business and non-profit sectors, and as a business school professor helped current and future leaders develop their managerial judgment. He has extensive experience developing content used in business schools, executive education and other professional development programs. He has taught courses on operations management, leading organizational change, healthcare quality and measurement, ethics and governance, and project management.
Paul has also consulted to Fortune 100 companies and start-up businesses on technology management, business process improvement, and organizational development. He has published articles in Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, International Journal of Disclosure & Governance, and CIO Magazine, edited the anthology Knowledge Management and Organizational Design (Butterworth-Heinemann), and co-authored several book chapters and Harvard Business School case studies on organizational change, organizational culture, strategy, and operations management.
Paul has a Masters in Studies in Law – Ethics and Compliance from the University of Colorado Law School and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Business School.
